Thursday, April 11, 2024 - Decanted off a fair bit of sediment, then aerated back into bottle. Beautiful nose, classic mature CdP. Very soft on the palate with very faded tannins and acidity. The flavors - wow. Will be drinking the rest over the next couple of years.
