Saturday, April 13, 2024 - Very lovely, enjoyed in an excellent restaurant in the Aube region of France. Classical white Burgundy, with perhaps some hints of grander things, just a hint of cordite on the nose, pleasingly. Very enjoyable. Though a bit too young. I shook the bottle, and wish I'd done so more vigorously.
