Tuesday, April 16, 2024 - Finally a good bottle of Pataille. These are so inconsistent for me, they do not seem to age or travel well. Started off reductive, vertical, mineral driven. And over time became richer, the brett started to show more, and displayed classic '19 characteristics with more tropical fruit character. This was less natty than some of the other bottles I've had, but still present.

Could wait longer on them but these bottles should be drank young.
