Sunday, April 21, 2024 - Half bottle that was in my cellar for more than 10 years. I really like evolved champagne and this one did not disappoint. Very nice nose, a bit of citrus, chalk and buttery biscuits. The bubble is refined, tamed, nice acidity and ok length
