Saturday, April 20, 2024 - Decanted for ~60 minutes. Full bodied with dark chocolate on the front palate, with red fruit and green herb notes on the back palate and finish. Seemed well integrated and food friendly - might have waited too long for my palate as I wish the acidity were a bit higher. Paired with ribeye. Overall pleasant.
