Saturday, April 20, 2024 - A sommelier at Pappas Steakhouse put me on this wine. For around $100 on the menu this offers value but needs a hefty decant or days with slow ox in the bottle.
For me, it was best on day three.
Evidently there is a good decent buzz in Northern Rhone about Cecillon's work. Evidently one to follow.
