Tuesday, April 23, 2024 - disg 10/3/2022, MV of 2013-2020, 6g/l

Had a nice layer of fine bubbles and opened up to notes of stone fruit/brioche with some nice acidity. Ends with a light and dry finish. Wish the finish was a bit more interesting as I found it to end abruptly.
