Friday, April 26, 2024 - Candied apricot and pineapple alongside baking spices and a nice balance of acid. Surprisingly lively (almost effervescent) on the palate alongside a bit of sugary tropical fruit unctuousness. Finish is relatively brief, but has a nice candy-fruit aftertaste. A lot of tiki drink flavors, interestingly. Seems like it has some potential to age, but not too long (maybe 3 years or so?).
