Thursday, October 28, 2021 - NOSE: waxy floral perfume and delicate acetic acid. MOUTH: gathered, texture, combed smooth, leads to oily little bursts of sour brine and red berries. Leafy. The finish is a long stain of ambitious resin and kirsch. Very drinkable.
