Monday, April 29, 2024 - Bare sap attenuation impels tea and raspberries, weeping fluently with stone. Engaging complexity, bitter gravel roots, flushing action. After flirting with interesting leafy stem resin, It resolves in haste. Quite dry. Overbrewed iced tea tannin. 24 hours later, straight from the fridge, of course it tastes just as good, but now I notice how this amounts to a flavor-attenuated version of Luyt's red cru Pipeños—modulated, drier, a bit more carelessly drinkable.

Purchased from new inventory within the last few months—I suspect it's based in 2022 fruit, though I find no serial markings on the glass, labels, nor closure.
