Thursday, May 2, 2024 - Actually forgot I had bought a couple of bottles of these and stumbled upon it in the cellar. Happy to report it is drinking very well still. Went amazing with a nice dish of chicken parm. Needed about 40 mins of air to open up still but then was good to the last drop all through dinner.
