Saturday, May 4, 2024 - When I sat it up to settle the sediment in anticipation of opening tomorrow, the cork slipped down into the bottle, partially floating like a monstorus iceberg. Craziest thing. Port-like, amazing depth of color but sadly dead and down the drain. My birth year wine... on to the next bottle!
