Sunday, May 5, 2024 - A tale of 2 Tempranillo pt 2 -- but other than the black cherry base, I can't really pick out the variety from the Cayuse sour red cabbage stylings from their yeast or trickery or whatever that is. Thoroughly delicious for the post meal, pre dessert selection; it would have worked with the meatballs as well but the older LdH was the right call for the meal. Maybe I should have held one of these Impulsivos longer term but they all fell victim to impulse one by one, here's an extra-good wine that can't miss. But I'm not going to restart buying this direct, either.
