Sunday, May 5, 2024 - Quebec still has a long way to go in winemaking. Nose is OK. Crisp lemon and grass, but on the palate is where everything falls apart. Imagine the coolest climate Chardonnay, give it a bad vintage and make it cheaply. Extremely tart, like chewing on an unripe lemon. Unbalanced, unpleasant and just not much I can say positive about it.
