Tuesday, April 30, 2024 - Medium lemon colour; clean and shiny; excellent. nose: ripe apples, lemons, quince, pomelo - reach. slight mineral aromas (vit C); when opens some underripe peach and some mango aromas. very good. taste: high acidity - superbly integrated and balanced. Some limestone and ripe fruits (apples, apricot, peach) - this ripe fruits balance the acid. There is also some grapefruit bitterness. Fresh but with a good body and reach. Love it.
