Tuesday, May 7, 2024 - Pnp with some fizz. Light translucent hay in colour. Nose of fresh cut green apples with a touch of melons and limes. On the palate, a light flavour profile of guavas and lime with a slight hint of minerality. Light bodied with a short+ finish.
