Friday, May 10, 2024 - Xinomavro of plots of young vineyards located in the village of Fytia, in the Naoussa region, in Central Macedonia, 450-650 m, of ski and granite soils. Maceration for 12 hours, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 5 or 6 months. Then the wine ages for 4 months in oak barrels of 2º use of 500 L. Red fruits, citrus, floral, notes of tomato, quince, with freshness, balanced, vibrant, crunchy and spicy.
