Saturday, May 11, 2024 - This is young and austere, very McMinnville. Lots of lavender and mint on the nose, then cinnamon and cola with more air. On the palate, sour cherry and chalky mineral are clamped down by wild, drying tannin. Needs a few years at least, but probably 10.
