Saturday, May 11, 2024 - Made from mostly Groppello, and some Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera grapes. 6 months on the lees, 2 more months maturation in the bottle.
Palate feels herbal-mineralic with light grapefruit and strawberry notes. Falstaff rated 90p.
I usually prefer rosé wines from Provence, so I might be biased.
