Thursday, July 16, 2009 - When I opened it, the nose was not so strong, little herbs and mild fruity smell. After decanting for 1/2 hour, I started my first bite, it was not so impressive but was a typical Bordeaux, good balance, elegant and gentle. The thing I do not like is the finishing too dry and not so smooth. After two and half hours, it still tight and not so open, may be I need to decante another bottle for three hours up or need to store it into my celler for another couple of years.
