Wednesday, August 19, 2009 - Third Wednesday tasting - Rieslings (Peking Duck House): More opulent and sweet than the Dönnhoff or Prüm Auslesen with very ripe, rich flavours of tropical fruits, peaches and berries mingled with minerals and flowers. Powerful and firm in the mouth with good acidity balancing the sugar and a long finish.
