Monday, September 21, 2009 - Australia Wine Trip; 9/20/2009-9/21/2009 (Margaret River): Hot butter, pear, honey dew and controlled vanilla oak. Lovely minerality streaks through the fresh citrus notes piled atop fresh baked waffle nuances. Lovely wine.
