Thursday, October 15, 2009 - Smells of tomato, leather and oak with cherry fruit behind it all. Bright cherry fruit on the palate integrated with the oak which turns it slightly creamy. Sour cherry, still holding strong structure, the tannins are present and the acidity is strong. That said, this was pretty boring on the palate, the flavors are really just light fruit, not much else going on, no earth, only light leather.
