Monday, December 21, 2009 - Quite extracted and richly plummish for a pinot. The weight just kept on growing and by the next day, it was more merlot and even cabernet! Richly oaked too i might add, almost dark chocolatey. Touch of earth but dark dirty earth. Ripe cherry and black plums. Fills up the mouth. Not the most polite of wines and certainly kinda brash but bearable and would be appreciated at the right rancous occasion.
