Thursday, December 24, 2009 - decanted for 30 minutes. very elegant wine, well integrated. plum and ripe dark fruit on the nose with a hint of pepper. On the palate , dark fruit followed by toasty spice, which increased in intensity over the next hour. Hint of oak as the finish proceeds. long finish. Perfect right now. No problem with sediment. Combination of cabernet and Shiraz is quite good. A real winner. I have one more bottle to drink.
