Saturday, July 26, 2003 - Tasted at McCarthy & Schiering. ($27.39 with discount) Ash and burned toast on the nose. On the palate this is very pliant, almost chewy. It shows nice green-apple fruit and plenty of acidity. However, it didn't inspire me.
