Sunday, January 10, 2010 - Decanted about an hour, note from an hour later. Light ruby red color. Cherry, cola, earthy elements, cinnamon, and a touch of smoke on the nose. Medium body with very good acidity and light, subtle tannins. Nice length on the spicy finish with a slight herbal note creaping in.
