Thursday, January 14, 2010 - Lac Dujac (Braeburn): Without a doubt leaner than the '98 in both the intensity and the sweetness of the fruit; in terms of fruit, this seems to show as much skin as flesh. And the word "bony" again seems apropos—here's another '01 that seems to stretch the material too thin over the frame. It gets better with air, and I liked it better than the Echezeaux, since even though it seems a little hollow it still conveys a sense of dimension; maybe bottle age will manage to color in the rest.
