Tuesday, October 28, 2008 - This Cabernet though young is a dark purple red . The nose is strong with blackberry fruit with a strong earthy undertone. The flavor is quite good, sharp sweet fruit with a tannin structure and acidic finish. It remains on the palette for several minutes after tasting. This should go very well with red meats that have a good fat content or more heavy cheeses that will release the wines flavor. I you can wait for this wine you can cellar it all the way into the 2020's. I think I'll drink mine over the next few years. 93
