Friday, March 12, 2010 - A wonderful amarone. Nose was chocolate and cherries. Palate was strawberry and grape jam. The wine opened up even further after an hour or so of being out and it could have benefited from even more. If I ever had the pleasure of having this wine again, I would open it up and put it in a decanter a good 4 hours before drinking.
