Tuesday, February 2, 2010 - Tasting Group Dinner - It Was A Great Run (Heidi's, Minneapolis): Poised, elegant, and expressive. The palate sings with a melange of tropical fruit, butter, sea shell, and cucumber. Gorgeously balanced and proportioned acidity and oak. Fantastically balanced, complex, layered flavors without a hint of weight. Utterly delicious and my WOTN.
