Thursday, March 4, 2010 - I brought this bottle to a tasting where it was tasted beside of Ch Climens and Ch Lafaurie-Peyraguey. The Tokay showed a very good balance, intense flavors of nuts and a delicate sweetness. For me it was more elegant than the Sauternes wines in this flight. The last 15% of the bottle was kept and tasted 4 days later. It showed excellent condition. Even if the wine was very good now, it will last for several decades more.
