Wednesday, March 24, 2010 - (14.2%) 70% Semillon/30% Sauvignon Blanc. Sauv-ish and sour/tart on the nose. This one is floral on the palate with a crisp mineral, acidic backbone which allows just a hint of honeydew to emerge. The overall mouth feel is rich and full. A well balanced effort throughout this is unique and enjoyable.
