Monday, April 5, 2010 - Strangely funky on the nose initially. Nice mouth feel, medium to heavy body but with enough acidity to avoid being cloying. Good red fruit tasting of sour cherries or cranberries. Had a floral component from the Freisa that was interesting. The wine really came into it's own after about an hour of decanting. Tasty and unique!
