On the palate the wine started of lively, with lemon on the initial attack, lots of lemon on the mid-palate, and peach and honey on the very end. The mouth-feel was almost creamy. The wine was very lemon-driven. It did not have the depth of prior vintages like 04, but I liked it nevertheless. It should further improve with another year or two in the cellar.
