Tuesday, May 25, 2010 - 2005 Margaux Blind Horizontal (Urbana Restaurant, DC): Beautiful balnce of bright citric fruit. Nice notes of sweet grapefruit and light strawberry with pear. Hints of subtle yeasty aromas emerge but are still reticent. The two halves are balanced well but one can tell that with more bottle age the two halves will work even better together. Disgorged 10/08 per the label.
