All that great exotic Burgundy pinot spice -- tarry clove, cinnamon, wet cave, slate, crushed stones, bitter chocolate, maple, soy. That great touch of forest floor and oolong/jasmine teas as well. Yet completely in balance, refreshing, elegant, Stunning.
