Monday, June 14, 2010 - Quince Rob Reb Rob – A stunning and versatile white, golden in color. Much more youthful and alive than I was worried it could have been. On the palate it was wonderfully youthful and paired amazingly with a wide array of dishes from lobster to pastas. Classic chamomile and honey on the nose, dry yet palate-coating with waves of dried pineapple, white peach, apricot, toasted almond and fluffy marshmallow. Orange peel, white chocolate, tea and candied walnuts. Yum!
