A great typical Aussie GSM that we have enjoyed - very hard to find - liked the 2004 better but the 05 was great! Velvety texture really benefits from a pour through the rabbit. Subtle fruit with a hint of spice in the background. I have emailed the winery several times regarding finding other vintages but tjhey never reply.
