Tuesday, November 30, 2010 - PopnPour. Dark violet color. Aromatics seemed mute. Concentrated cherry liquer on the tongue with a faint chocolate edge, later becoming more cassis flavored with air. Excellent, can be enjoyed now or in a few years but I would give it an hour of air next time. 90 now but would be higher if bouquet improves

1/24/2011 6:28:00 AM - I guess bouquet only improves with age... give it couple more years that should help. Although I'm not sure if 8 is a fair assessment for longevity of this wine. I was a little concerned as the structure was a little on the soft side...
