Tasting with salami and cheese helped a bit with the tannins, but the fruit was just not there. Not a bad wine, but I guess I was just expecting more from this given the hype of the 2005 Bordeaux vintage. This will probably improve a little bit with a few years in the cellar, but IMO, there is not enough fruit to think that this will turn into something very good.
