Saturday, December 4, 2010 - We drank this a tad past its prime. Slightly straw colored. Regained some of its character when chilled properly. Subtle pear, apple, apricott, not much citrus at all. Very pleasant, subtle, and enjoyable....but 1-2 years too late.
