Wednesday, December 15, 2010 - Delicate, well-balanced, complex. Nose has some hints of cedar and beef extract to go with the understated dark fruit. Also some dark floral notes. Palate is smooth yet lively, with ripe but fresh fruit. Nice earthy finish.
