Tuesday, December 21, 2010 - Light gold colored. Pear fruit on the nose. Round on the palate with pear and citrus fruit, the citrus coming in mostly at the end. A dry wine but with the honeyed-pear palate gives an impression of sweetness, followed by acidity that is strong and a little biting but that I don't find that unpleasant. There's a bit of alcoholic heat toward the end as well. Not altogether balanced but enjoyable nonetheless.
