Saturday, January 8, 2011 - golden; nose of baked apples, warm bread;fruit has toned down, backbone and structure now more apparent, balanced, nice crisp acidic core, like a mature Meursault Premier Cru; full body, warm, sl yeasty finish, complex, long finish with good balance.
Not all Kistlers age this well but enough do to justify the investment
