Friday, January 14, 2011 - I hate to use the term "nervous acidity" when describing a wine- its so cliche- but this wine defines the phrase. Even better is how the acidity is delicately balanced against the ever so slight hint of sweetness on the finish. All of this drama for ~$25. Wow.
