Monday, January 17, 2011 - Five months later, this stuff is really coming on. Fine bead, good scents of yeast and buttered toast not present last time; solid fruit in the middle -- green apple with a hint of red berry; a developing finish adequate to chase bowfin caviar. A big hit with the winos and the novices alike. A provisional 92, which makes it a steal. Young vines, yes, but great dirt.
