Monday, January 24, 2011 - Ordered off the wine list at Bistro Jeanty in Yountville. Suggested by our waiter. Clear ruby color. Nose of cherry, licorice. Ripe palate bursting with juicy plum and cherry. Excellent length. Bright acidity. Subtle oak. Lots of personality and very food friendly. Maybe not for everyone.
