Saturday, February 5, 2011 - intially lots of anise, oddly, but with time opening up and morphing more into a very rich and deep Sancerre. Great purity and clarity, with a paradoxical richness with focus and transparency. Huge minerlaity and fantastic depth here. I suspect there is much to follow in this wine. Very young and with a bright future. 93+ pts
