Wednesday, August 2, 2006 - Was hoping for more. Opened and decanted 2 bottles. One bottle had a lovely nose and tasted quite smooth and ready to dring. The second didn't have much of a nose and was somewhat closed and bitter. After an hour and a half funnelled back to take to Joe's Steak and Seafood (Chicago). First bottle had improved just a little. Not much fruit showing through but still very tasty and balanced. The second needed almost an hour more air and never got quite as good.
